Role Overview
Our Technical team support our customers’ missions
with creative and transformative spirit of innovation across all technologies, AI, GenAI, LLM, Compute,
Storage, Database, Big Data, Application-level Services, Networking, Serverless, Deployment, Security
and more. This is an opportunity to be the principal technical advisor and ‘voice of the customer’ to
organizations ranging from small Biotech companies to large Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical companies.
Required Qualifications
- This position will require the ability to travel 10% or more as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline, and 5+ years of equivalent
work experience or 10+ years of related work experience - 7+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience in Information Technology operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the AI Architectural Framework pillars and ability to properly apply them to
existing or new customer architecture, implementations, and/or solutions - Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead
- Professional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or
more executive team member(s) - Experience in a 24×7 operational services or support environment
- Experience with Cloud services and/or other cloud offerings
- Experience applying technical or operational expertise to identify, balance trade-offs, and solve
difficult challenges
Responsibilities - A TAM provides consultative architectural and operational guidance delivered in the context of
customer’s applications and use-cases to help them achieve the greatest value from
WriteMed.AI - A TAM will work with their customer to provide tailored engagements including Strategic
Business Reviews, Security Improvement Programs, guided Well-Architected reviews, Cost
Optimization workshops, and a range of proactive services - TAMs will consult on architecture, governance, security, and operations, including cost
management and other pillars - Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enable you to effectively represent
WriteMed.AI within a customer’s environment, and drive discussions with senior leadership
regarding incidents, trade-offs, support and risk management - You will provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutions using
best practices, and proactively keep your customers’ AWS environments operationally healthy
and resilient - The close relationships developed with your customers will allow you to understand their
business/operational needs and technical challenges, and help them achieve the greatest value
from WriteMed.AI

depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location - This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total
compensation
